P&C Meetings are generally held every Tuesday at 7pm in week 3 and 8 during the school term. Week 3 meetings are via Zoom and week 8 meetings are in person at the school staffroom.

During P&C meetings, reports are received from the sub-committee coordinators and P&C representatives in other areas. The school Principal also presents a report, offering valuable insights into the educational and operational needs of the school. The meeting enables parents to engage in open communication with the Principal, gaining a deeper understanding of the schools programs, plans and projects. Additionally, it provides an avenue for the Principal to collect valuable feedback from parents.
